To add call logs for a patient:

  1. Navigate to the Patients module. 
  2. Select the patient from the list (scroll down or use the search bar). 
  3. Go to Call Logs. 
  4. Click on “Add Call Log” (top right corner).
  5. Add details about the call log and save changes.
