Creating and managing authorization requests is easier than ever with TherapyPM! Visit this article to learn how to manage your patients’ existing authorizations. 


Here's how you can create a new authorization request: 

  1. Click the "+" icon on the Quick Tray (located at the top). 
  2. Select Auth Request. 
  3. Click on "+ Authorization Request" (top right corner). A pop-up will appear. 
  4. Fill in the following details: 
    1. Status: Select the authorization status. 
    2. Subject: Describe the nature of the authorization request. 
    3. Patient Name: Select the patient(s) using the "+" icon. 
    4. Auth Request Type: Select the type using the dropdown.
    5. COB: Select the COB type using the dropdown. 
    6. Type of Request: Select the request type using the dropdown. 
    7. Remarks: Jot down any notes or remarks regarding the auth request. 
    8. Choose Files: Upload files related to the auth request.
  5. Save changes, finally!
