Creating and managing authorization requests is easier than ever with TherapyPM! Visit this article to learn how to manage your patients’ existing authorizations.
Here's how you can create a new authorization request:
- Click the "+" icon on the Quick Tray (located at the top).
- Select Auth Request.
- Click on "+ Authorization Request" (top right corner). A pop-up will appear.
- Fill in the following details:
- Status: Select the authorization status.
- Subject: Describe the nature of the authorization request.
- Patient Name: Select the patient(s) using the "+" icon.
- Auth Request Type: Select the type using the dropdown.
- COB: Select the COB type using the dropdown.
- Type of Request: Select the request type using the dropdown.
- Remarks: Jot down any notes or remarks regarding the auth request.
- Choose Files: Upload files related to the auth request.
- Save changes, finally!
