Missed appointments can slow down your practice's productivity and disrupt client progress. To reduce no-shows, overbooking, or underbooking, TherapyPM allows you to send automated SMS reminders to your clients. 

However, each SMS reminder costs $0.05. To activate the reminders, please contact our support team. 

You can follow the steps below: 

1. Log in to the TherapyPM portal here: https://app.therapypms.com/.
2. Navigate to the Patients module and select the desired patient from the list. 
3. Under the selected patient's profile, locate the Phone section. 
4. Tick the checkbox to enable SMS reminders for the selected patient. 

Your client will begin receiving SMS reminders for their upcoming appointments.
