This article explains how you can create a new form using the form builder in the settings module.
Manage Forms Builder
- Navigate to the Settings tab and locate the "Forms Builder" option under Facility Setup.
- All the forms created by the admin for the facility will be available in this screen with the ability to view, edit, copy, and delete the forms.
- On the right top corner of the screen, the "+Create New Form" button is used to create a form for the facility.
- Action Options -
- View Icon - Click this icon to view the form in a new tab.
- Edit Icon - Click this icon to edit the form in a new tab.
- Delete Icon - Click this icon to remove the form.
- Copy Icon - Click this icon to create a copy of the selected form.
