This article explains how you can set-up your patient's status and files. 
  1. Navigate to the settings tab from the navigation menu on your screen's left side.
  2. Locate the Patient Setup tab and click on the Patient Settings option. 
  3. On this page, you can create and set up, 
    1. Patient Status
    2. Patient Initials
    3. Patient Documents


How to Create Patient Status

  1. Locate the "Patient Status" option to create and edit custom patient status.
  2. Click on the "Create Patient Status" button and a new screen will pop up.
  3. Input the status and click on the "Save" button.
  4. Switch on the toggle to activate the status
  5. If you want to edit the status click on the pen paper icon, modify the status title, and click on the save button.
  6. If you want to delete the patient status click on the trash icon.


How to Enable Patient Initials

If you want to only see the patient initials in the Calendar View, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the "Misc. Settings" option. 
  2. Switch on the "Only Initials" toggle. 
  3. If you want to see the patient's full name, switch off this toggle. 


How to Create Patient Document Type 

  1. Locate the "Patient Documents Type" option. 
  2. Click on the "Create Document Types" button. When a small box pops up, complete the following steps:
    1. Patient Document Type - Input the relevant title for the documents. 
    2. Save - Click on the 'Save' button.
  3. For further actions, follow these steps:
    1. Edit - To edit the document type, click on the blue pen and paper icon.
    2. Delete - To delete the type, click on the trash button.
