The List View is available only to Admin users in TherapyPM.

Provider accounts, including BCBAs, do not have access to the Admin List View. Instead, providers can access the same scheduling functionality under Appointments, where it appears as My Schedule. This view includes the same details and core functionality used by Admin users.

If a provider needs to view the List View exactly as it appears for Admin users, their account must be granted Admin access.
