Even if the Create/Edit Appointment permission is enabled, a staff member must also have at least one scheduling access toggle turned on to schedule sessions.
To schedule appointments successfully, one of the following must be enabled:
- Access to schedule all patients, or
- Access to schedule assigned patients, or
- Another scheduling access option appropriate to the staff member's role.
These toggles providers to select the patient name when creating an appointment. If none of these scheduling access options are enabled, TherapyPM won't allow scheduling, even thought the Create/Edit Appointment permission appears active.
