If you’re unable to edit the Diagnosis Library despite having the correct role or permissions, it may be due to a session refresh issue.


Permissions are loaded when you log in. If your access was recently updated or changed, the system may not reflect it immediately.


What to do:

  1. Log out of TherapyPM.

  2. Log back in.

  3. Go to Settings → Billing Setup → Diagnosis Library

  4. Click the edit icon and try again.
