TherapyPM has introduced a new update under the Staff Portal called Access Settings. This feature allows administrators to grant or restrict specific access permissions for staff members within their Provider Portal.


To access and manage settings:

  1. Navigate to the Staff module.

  2. Select the desired staff member using the scroll list or search bar.

  3. Go to Staff Portal > Access Settings (second tab).

  4. Toggle the permissions you wish to allow or deny for the selected provider.

  5. Changes will be applied automatically in the provider’s portal based on their assigned roles and responsibilities.
