When you select Remove from Billing in the Process Billing section, the session is moved to Unbillable Activities.
This means the session is no longer eligible for billing, but it remains locked for editing (marked with a red lock) to maintain data consistency and audit history.
If you need to make changes to the session, it must first be retracted from Process Billing.
Here’s how you can do that:
Go to Settings > Billing Setup > Unbillable Activity.

Click Retract.

The session will move back to Process Billing and become editable again.
