To view expired authorizations in drop-downs, you must activate the authorization.

  1. Navigate to the Patient module and select the patient.
  2. Go to Ins/Authorization and select the expired authorization.
  3. Enable the Active toggle and save changes. 

Once the toggle is Active, the authorization will appear in the dropdown menu for scheduling or adjustments. 


Additionally, for the staff members without access to edit patient authorizations, you can provide them access using the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Staff module and select the staff.
  2. Go to the Staff Portal.
  3. Under Access Settings, enable the toggle "Allow to Edit Patient Authorization". 

This will allow the respective staff to activate patient authorizations themselves. After making necessary changes, you can inactivate the authorization again to avoid confusion.
