Initiating a refund with TherapyPM is simple, however, you can only act after the transaction is completed. 


  1. Navigate to the Patients module and select the patient by scrolling down or using the search bar. 
  2. Select Payment Info. You will see a list of transactions made by the patient. 
  3. Click on the Refund option under the Status column to reverse the transaction. 

Note: The system only allows a full refund, as partial refunds are not supported currently.
