Initiating a refund with TherapyPM is simple, however, you can only act after the transaction is completed.
- Navigate to the Patients module and select the patient by scrolling down or using the search bar.
- Select Payment Info. You will see a list of transactions made by the patient.

- Click on the Refund option under the Status column to reverse the transaction.

Note: The system only allows a full refund, as partial refunds are not supported currently.
