TherapyPM doesn't allow you to use the same mobile number and email address for more than one individual patient account. For siblings, you can only add the contact information to one sibling's profile -- typically the primary or first sibling you create. 


To connect the other siblings, please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Patients. Select the profile in the list. 
  2. Go to the Siblings Section in the profile having the mobile number and email. 
  3. Select the sibling you want to link from the "All Patients" list. 
  4. Add them to the profile. 

Once linked, all reminders and invoices for the entire sibling group will be sent to the same mobile number and email stored in one profile.
