This alert commonly appears whenever you try to schedule an appointment outside of the provider's scheduled work hours in TherapyPM. For example, if the provider's schedule is set in the Staff Module as 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, any attempt to book before/after those hours will trigger the alert. The system won't allow the session to be scheduled outside those times.
