Providers and admins can send a request to the supervisor to add and complete session notes for scheduled appointments. 


1. Click the Appointment tab and select the List View option.

2. Use the date range and filters to generate the scheduled appointments.

3. Click the Action (...) button and select the Request for Note option.

4. Select the Supervisor from the list and the Send button.

5. The corresponding supervisor will receive an email notification to log in and complete the session note.
