A new function is added in the cash posting - apply payments module. Users will have the ability to segregate the invoice balance between different categories (Patient responsibility, Co Pay, Co Insurance,..), which was not available previously. This action will also reflect when generating that specific invoice. 


1. Click the Cash Posting option under the Payment tab in the left navigation.

2. Identify the deposit and click the Action (...) button. Then, select the Apply Payment option.

3. Generate the claims using the filter for the patient and click the Show button.

4. Click the Green Card icon in the Balance column to segregate the balance amount to be paid.

5. Select the categories using the list from the fields on the left and enter the appropriate amount in the field on the right side. 

6. Click the Double Tick icon to confirm the information. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

7. If the user enters an amount over the balance amount, an error message will pop up.

8. To generate the invoice, click the Patient Statemenoption under the Billing Tab. 

9. In the Manage Statement section, use the filters to identify the required invoice.

10. Click the Action (…) button and select the Print Invoice option.

11. The invoice will have the balance amount segregated by Copay, CoIns, PR Deductible.
