This feature available in the admin portal allows the admin to provide access to staff/ healthcare practitioners to edit their patient information (patient available in the provider portal) by turning on the toggle in the provider info module.
How to give access to providers to edit their patient info:
1. Log in to the admin portal. Then, click the Staff tab in the left navigation.
2. Select the provider from the All Staff list.
3. In the Provider Biography module, turn on the Allow to edit patient info toggle for the provider to access to edit their patient’s info.
4. Now log in to the provider’s portal. Click the Patient tab in the left navigation.
5. Select a patient from the All Patient List.
6. The provider will have access to edit the patient’s information.
7. If the provider does not have access to edit their patient’s information, the fields will be colored in grey (denoting lack of permission to edit the fields).
