Users can change their password on their Admin, Provider, or Patient Portal by accessing their account profile settings from the dashboard view. This feature enables users to update their passwords at any time without restrictions in the TherapyPM portal.
1. Log in to the admin or provider or patient portal. Click the profile section and select the Change Password option.
2. Click the Change Password button (In the admin portal), in provider/ patient portal, the Change Password section will be available and clicking the Change Password button.
3. Enter the Current Password, then enter the New Password and click the Save button to change the password. The new password should be “at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase, 1 number, and 1 special character”.
4. If a user enters a previously used password as a new password, there will be an error message.
5. In case a user forgot their current password, click the Forgot Password option.
