Email templates can be created and saved in the system to improve ease of use when emailing an invoice to a patient. In the email statement module, users can select the template from the list to auto generate the email body section with the content from the template.
- Click the email template option in the Manage Statement module.
- In the email template screen, users can view and edit all the created templates. To add a new template, click the Add New Template button in the top right corner.
- Enter the template name and the email body. Click the Save button to create the email template.
