Any added contract rate for a payor can be made active/ inactive using the Active toggle in the contract table. 

If the Active toggle is turned on to Yes, it implies the contract rate is active. So the contract rate can be used for any session authorization.

If the Active toggle is turned on to the No option, it implies the contract rate is not active. The contract rates that are not active cannot be used to create session authorization.
