Contract rates can be added for a payor in TherapyPM in two ways:
- Upload a file with the contract rate for the payor from your computer.
- Manually adding rows in TherapyPM and adding contract rates.
Uploading contract rates from your computer:
- In the Contract Rate module, after selecting the payor type from the insurance list. Click the Upload button to select the file from your computer. The system will match the data in the file and add it to the contract table in TherapyPM.
- Any added contract rate data can be updated in the table. After making the update, scroll down to the bottom left corner of the screen. Select Save from the Actions list and click the Ok button to confirm your changes.
