The Total column in the AR Ledger – Aging Wise shows the complete dollar amount of all claims aged from 1 day to over 1 year, across all payors.


This total can be further expanded to view details:

  • By Patient

  • By Claim Number

  • By Appointment


To view the total amount of all aging claims: 

  1. Navigate to Billing > AR Ledger. 
  2. Click on the 3rd tab: AR Ledger - Aging Wise. 



Under the Description column, you can click on the "+" icon near the insurance name. You can view:

  • Patient's name
  • Claim 
  • Session. 

Under the Total column, you can see the total dollar amounts across both insurance and patients. 


This breakdown helps you track outstanding balances at multiple levels, from overall aging totals down to individual claim or visit details.
