The data in the Total column in the AR Ledger - Aging Wise table represents the total dollar amount of the claims aged from 1 day to over a year across the payors. The data can also be broken down by patient, then by claim no, and by the appointment.

To view the data by date of service, click the filter option in the top right corner. To view the data by billed date, click the respective filter option in the top right corner.

• In the AR ledger - Aging Wise module, select the required filter option (either date of service / billed date) to view the respective data.
• The Description column - It is broken down by Insurance, then by patient, then by the claim, and finally by the session.
• Total column - It shows the dollar amount for the insurance portion of the payment and the patient portion.
