30-60 days Aged Claims: The claim that has been sent to the payor but has not been paid or finalized between 30-60 days.
- Navigate to Billing > AR Ledger.
- Click on the 3rd tab: AR Ledger - Aging Wise.
To view the data based on the Date of Service or Billed Date, please select them in the top right corner.
Under the Description column, you can click on the "+" icon near the insurance name. You can view:
- Patient's name
- Claim
- Session.
Under the 30-60 days column, you can see the dollar amount for both the insurance payment and the patient.
