TherapyPM allows you to view the secondary claim HCFA, which displays the CMS-1500 claims form for the selected secondary claim.

To view the secondary claim HCFA:

1. Navigate to Billing > Secondary Billing Manager.
2. Use the filters to generate the claims table. 
3. Click on the three horizontal dots (...) under the Actions column. 
4. Select View HCFA.

You can view the HCFA form now.
