To generate an 837 file for a secondary claim:

1. Navigate to Billing > Secondary Billing Manager.
2. Use the filters and generate the list of secondary claims. 
3. Select the claim using checkboxes. Again, select "Generate 837 File" from the drop-down and click Ok.
