This filter in the Manage Billing module is primarily used to refine the sorting option when viewing the claims. The SFTP Status filter is only applicable for professional claims generated in the application. The filter functions by using three options: All claim status, claims pushed to SFTP, and claims yet to be pushed to SFTP.
- Click the Primary Billing Manager option under Billing Module in the left navigation.
- Click the Manage Billing tab on the screen. Use the SFTP Status filter and click the Get Claims button to enable the selected options.
- Based on the selection made in the SFTP Push filter (All claims, claims pushed to SFTP and claims yet to be pushed to SFTP), the corresponding claims will be pulled into the table.
