Split by Rendering Provider is a claim-division rule in TherapyPM that automatically creates separate claims when different therapists or providers render services for the same patient.
When this rule is enabled, TherapyPM will not combine sessions from multiple providers into one HCFA claim.
Instead, each provider’s services will appear on their own individual claim, ensuring cleaner billing and reducing provider-related payer denials.
Where to Find This Setting?
- Navigate to Billing > Billing Setup > Billing Settings.
- Under Claim Division Rules, toggle ON the Split By Rendering Provider option under the Action column.
