The Billing/ Claim management functions have been enhanced by the addition of the SFTP Push filter, allowing users to further filter claims data to improve the facility functionality. The SFTP Push filter has two parts:

  • SFTP Status – This filter is only applicable for professional claims. Use this option to filter between All claim status, claims pushed to SFTP, claims yet to be pushed to SFTP.
  • Patient Portal Status – This filter is only applicable for patient/guarantor pay claims. 

Follow the steps below to apply the SFTP Push filter in the Manage Billing Module:


1. Click the Primary Billing Manager option under Billing Module in the left navigation.

2. Click the Manage Billing tab in the screen. Use the SFTP Status and Patient Portal Status filters and click Get Claims to enable the selected options.

3. SFTP Push filter – This filter is only applicable for professional claims. Use the filter to select between ALL, PUSHED, and YET TO PUSH. Based on the selection, the corresponding claim will be pulled into the table.

4. Patient Portal Status – This filter is only applicable for patient/guarantor pay claims. Use the filter to select between ALL, PUSHED, and YET TO PUSH. Based on the selection, the corresponding claim will be pulled into the table.
