This article details about the menu permission function letting any provider give patient portal access.


The steps below will grant a provider (non-admin) the patient portal access, meaning the ability to create and provide patients with their portal access:


1. Click the Menu Permissions option in the left navigation bar.

2. In the Menu Permissions module, select the Group Permissions tab.

3. Select the provider option from the user group list.

4. In the patient(s) category, select the Patient Portal checkbox to enable the patient portal access for all the providers/ staff in the user group. Click the Save button confirm your selection.
