In the Cash Posting screen, deposits represent payments received (e.g., checks, EFTs).
Click the Add Deposit button to record a new deposit.
Enter details such as the Deposit Date, Payer Name, Amount, Payment Method (e.g., check, EFT), and any relevant Reference Numbers.
If you need to update an existing deposit, select the deposit from the list and click Edit to modify the details.
Save the changes after entering the relevant information.
Adding or editing deposits allows you to properly document and track incoming payments.
