1. Log in to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/. 

2. Click the Biography tab in the left navigation to access the provider info.

Under Biography, scroll down to find the “Upload Signature” icon. 

3. Click on the “Upload Signature” icon to upload your signature, as shown in the bottom left corner of the above image. 

4. Draw or upload the signature as required.                                                                                (Fig. 1)

5. You can also delete the signature or change it as needed.
