All other statuses except for inactive status will be considered active statuses, and appointments can be scheduled, and billing can be performed.

  • Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/
  • In the Patients list, the status of the patient can be changed to “Onboarding” using the Status column.
