On-Hold denotes that the patient's services are currently on a pause. 

All other statuses except for in-active status will be considered active statuses and appointments can be scheduled and billing can be performed.

  • Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/
  • In the Patients list, the status of the patient can be changed to “On Hold” using the Status column.


  • Another way is to access the patient profile and change the status in the drop down at the right top of the screen.
