Waitlist denotes that the patient is currently waiting for approval before they can commence their services. 

All other statuses except for inactive status will be considered active statuses, and appointments can be scheduled, and billing can be performed.

  • Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/
  • In the Patients list, the status of the patient can be changed to “Waitlist” using the status column. 

  • Another way is to access the patient profile and change the status in the drop down (top right).
