Pending Approval denotes that the new patient profile is waiting for approval from the Admin before commencing services for them.
All other statuses except for in-active status will be considered active statuses and appointments can be scheduled and billing can be performed.
- Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/.
- In the Patients list, the status of the patient can be changed to “Pending Approval” using the status column.
- Another way is to access the patient profile and change the status in the drop down at the top right of the screen.
