Pending Approval denotes that the new patient profile is waiting for approval from the Admin before commencing services for them.  

All other statuses except for inactive status will be considered active statuses, and appointments can be scheduled and billing can be performed.

  • Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/
  • In the Patients list, the status of the patient can be changed to “Pending Approval” using the status column. 


  • Another way is to access the patient profile and change the status in the drop down at the top right of the screen.
