Leaving Soon denotes that the existing patient might not receive services anymore, or they may seek lesser services. All other statuses except for in-active status will be considered active statuses and appointments can be scheduled and billing can be performed.

• Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/. 
• In the Patients list, the status of the patient can be changed to “Leaving Soon” using the status column. 

• Another way is to access the patient profile and change the status in the drop down at the top right of the screen.
