Patient - How to Add the Signature of a Patient in Patient Info?

- Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/.
- Click the Patients module to access the Patients list and select the patients.
- Click on the “Upload Signature” on the bottom right corner, as shown in the image.
- Upload the patient’s signature as required.
