1. Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/. 
2. Click the Patients module to access the Patients list and select the patients.
3. Click on the “Upload Signature” in the bottom right corner, as shown in the image. 
4. Upload the patient’s signature as required.
