1. Log on to the TherapyPM portal using the link: https://app.therapypms.com/. 

2. Click the Patients module to access the Patients list and select the patient. 

3. Click on the patient info you wish to edit, in the first column. 

4. You can view or edit the patient info according to your preferences, as shown in the image below. Save the changes.

For Example, If you are editing the Patient Bio for Seokjin Kim, you can follow the process stated above.
