A new patient can be created in either Admin Portal or in Provider Portal (depending on the menu permission access). 

To create a new patient:

1. Click the “+” icon and select the Create Patient option.

A pop-up will appear. Enter your patient’s details. Save changes by clicking on Create & Continue.
