1. Log on to your TherapyPM portal using this link https://app.therapypms.com/. 

  2. Go to Appointment > List View.

  1. Use the filters to select your desired appointment details.

  1. On the Action column (left), click on the three horizontal dots (...).

  1. Select View Motivity Notes option to see a summary of the session.

For example, If you need to review the notes from a session with a patient, go to their appointment details and click "View Motivity Notes”.
