For any new and existing users of TherapyPM, the first step after being onboarded into the application is to Setup their Facility. The act of setting up the facility starts with creating the facility (main location) and other regional locations in the application. This is followed by setting up staff/provider, patient specific rules, permission and features. This will ensure that all the providers, patients created in the application associated with the facility will have standard features, permissions and rules. The billing and payroll permissions/rules setup is also included in the facility setup. 


Below are the features offered in the Setting module to get you started with TherapyPM:


  • Facility Setup - Use the options in the tab to create the main facility location and regional locations if applicable. Along with any facility wide setup.
  • Staff Setup - Use the tab to add staff type and other settings about staff/providers within the facility.
  • Patient Setup - Create patient related settings using this function.
  • Billing Setup - Setup facility wide billing rules and settings using this function.
  • Appointment Setup - Setup facility wide payroll rules and settings for staff/providers' payroll generation.
  • Program Setup - Use this option to setup program goals and modalities.
