TherapyPM Messenger is a secure messaging feature that helps admins, providers, and patients stay connected. It helps them discuss treatment plans, session notes, and send reminders for each session here. Also, the chat feature prevents conversations from getting too personal or steering towards unimportant conversation apart from therapy-related talks.
 

To navigate through the TherapyPM Messenger, please follow the steps given below:

  • Click on the Messenger icon on the action button tray above the application screen. 






                                                 


  • It will redirect you to the TherapyPM Messenger Tab.


  • You can send/view messages and also create a group chat with admin, staff, and patients. 



How do I access the List of Patients, Staff, and Admins in the Practice?


  1. Access the 2nd icon or the Contact button on the left Navigation Bar.


                                                     


 

  1. You will see the list of people in your practice in this page. Select your preferred User to message. 

  2. In Chat Box You will be able to chat with the selected user from the list.



                                                                                  



How to View All your Chats? 

  1. Click on the 1st icon or the messenger button on the left Navigation Bar. 




                                                           

                                                              


  1. You will see the list of your messages and chats sent here, as shown in the image below


     

  2. To narrow down and sort your search based on different user, access the options given above: All, Groups, Admin, Staff, and Patient. 


     



  3. Additionally, you can use the search bar to search the user specifically.
     


                       

                          



How to Add a Group Chat? 

  1.  Access the Group button in the top right corner of the messages page, as shown in the image below.




  1. A pop-up will appear. Fill in the following details:

  1. Name: Enter your full name. 

  2. Admin: Select the preferred admin from the drop-down. 

  3. Staff: Select the preferred Staff from the drop-down.

  4. Patient: Select the preferred Patient from the drop-down




  1. Click on “Create Group” to create a new group chat. 


How to Exit TherapyPM Messenger?

  1. Click on the 3rd icon or the exit button on the left Navigation Bar






  1. Access the “Go to TherapyPM Login,” as shown in the image below.
