To update a Payer ID for billing, follow these steps:

Steps to Update the Payer ID

  1. Access Billing Setup

    • Go to Settings > Billing Setup > Add Insurance.
  2. Select the Respective Insurance 

    • Under Facility Selected Insurance, choose the insurance you want to update.
  3. View Insurance Details

    • Click on View Details to open the insurance settings.
  4. Update the Payer ID

    • In the Electronic Insurance ID for Billing field, enter the new Payer ID.
  5. Save Changes

    • Click Save to apply the update.
