Provider timesheets are generated in the Payroll module once an appointment is rendered in TherapyPM. Click here to read the article on how to submit timesheets in TherapyPM.


  1. Once the timesheet is submitted, it will have a Green Tick icon under the Submitted column in the table. The timesheet will move to the Payroll Processing module.
  2. The appointment in the List View associated submitted timesheet will have a Grey Lock icon, which means the appointment is locked from being able to make any updates in the Edit Appointment screen.
  3. To retract the submitted timesheet, click the Timesheet(s) option under the Payroll tab in the left navigation.
  4. In the Timesheet(s) Submission screen, use the filters and click the Go button to generate the timesheets in the table.
  5.  Identify the submitted timesheets which is denoted by the Green Tick icon under the Submitted column in the data table.
  6. Select the submitted timesheets using the checkbox in the table. Then, select the Retract Timesheet option in the more action list and click the Go button.
  7. In the Delete Timesheet screen, complete the selection and click the Proceed button to retract the selected timesheets. The retracted timesheet will be removed from the timesheet submission module.
  8. The appointment in the List View associated with the retracted timesheet will have a Turquoise Unlock icon, which means the appointment is unlocked to make any updates in the Edit Appointment screen.
