Below are the steps to update a client invoice due date within the Invoices section.
- Click the Patient Statement option under the Billing tab in the left navigation.
- To access the generated patient invoice click the Manage Statement(s) tab.
- Use the Sort By filter to find the required patient invoices. Select Patients from the drop-down field. Then select the Paid Status and which Patient you want. Click on Go.
- In the data table, edit the Due Date field to update the due date on the patient invoice.
- To bulk update the due date, select the invoices using the checkbox in the bottom left corner. Use the drop-down to select the Update Due Date option, then select the new due date and click Go.
