TherapyPM offers a "No Show" option that works based on the invoice. Follow these steps to generate a "No Show" invoice:

  1. Create billable appointments with the status "No Show" instead of "Scheduled/Rendered."
  2. Go to the "Primary Billing Manager" and locate these claims under the "No Show" status, rather than the usual "Ready To Bill" status.
  3. Select the claims and create a batch, just as you would for other appointments.
  4. When you navigate to "Manage Billing," you will see the claims now appear in printable invoices.
