The provider's blocked-off time can be viewed in the Timeline View as an appointment block like any other appointment type. A provider-specific block-off time can also be viewed in the Staff module.


  1. Select the Timeline View option under the Appointment tab in the left navigation.
  2. The block-off time will appear with the block-off icon along with the appointment block greyed out.
  3. The block-off can also be accessed through the Staff tab in the left navigation.
  4. In the Staff module, select the Work Schedule option.
  5. All the blocked-off times for the provider will be available in this module with the information and can be deleted. Also, a new block-off time can be added to this module by clicking the Block Off button.
