1. Select the Timesheet(s) option under the Payroll tab in the left navigation.
  2. Use the filters to generate the timesheet table - 
    • Generate timesheet by - 
      • Pay period.
      • Session rendered till date.
    • Choose payroll year. This option appears when the Pay Period option is selected.
    • Choose payroll period. This option appears when the Pay Period option is selected.
    • Staff.
    • Status.
    • Click the Go button to generate the table.
  3. The timesheets with a Green Tick icon under the Submitted column signify they have been submitted.
  4. The timesheets with a Red X icon under the Submitted column signify they have not been submitted.
  5. To bulk submit timesheets, use the checkbox in the table to select multiple timesheets.
  6. Select the Submit Timesheet option in the drop-down list under the table and the Go button. 
  7. Make the correct option and click the Proceed button on the confirmation screen.
  8. Once the selected timesheets are submitted, the Green Tick icon will appear under the Submitted column in the table for these timesheets.
