Manage New Calendar

Appointments of any provider can be managed using the New Calendar View module of TherapyPM which has all the features available in the List View, Calendar View and Timeline View.    

  1. Calendar View Filters: Below are the filters available in the New Calendar View.  a. Availability.
    1. Include Non-Billable  
    2. Treatment Type.  
    3. Patients.  
    4. Provider.  
    5. Place of Service.  
    6. Service.  
    7. Status.   
  2. Calendar View Date Selection: Use the mini calendar on the left side of the screen to select a day, week or month to display the appointments during that time.  
  3. Toggle Arrow: Move back and forth between days/weeks/months depending on what was previously selected by clicking on the arrows on the left side of the screen. Toggle between the different types of periods, and it will change the view accordingly. However, the week view is the default option. Use Today button To come back to today’s calendar.
  4. Settings: Use this option to add more filter options to appointment by client or service along with calendar view layouts.  
  5. Calendar Sync: With this option provider(s) will be able to sync their calendar with Google Calendar. This can also be used to reset Google Calendar sync.  
  6. Print Calendar: Download a PDF version of the Calendar with this option.  
  7. Calendar Display: TherapyPM has three different display views to choose from. You can choose between Day, Week, or Month.  
  8. Quick View: Hover over the “I” icon in the appointment block to view an appointment information.  
  9. Calendar Appointments: Click on the appointment slots to access edit appointment screen where provider(s) will be able to change appointment details, add/ save/ edit session notes.
